摘要:
高职院校传统的电子商务专业在人才培养中存在若干问题,同时,高职院校也是人才培养和输出人才的发源地,为了能够更好地培养出为社会服务的电商人才,学校要与企业进行校企合作、工学结合对人才培养进行改革。以亳州职业技术学院电子商务专业为例,学院与企业深度合作,探究适合专业发展的"双向全程介入"人才培养模式,从而解决传统电子商务人才培养存在的问题并提出改善策略,以期培养出适合当前企业和服务社会所需要的电子商务专业人才。
Abstract:
The traditional ecommerce major in vocational colleges has several problems in the cultivation of talents. At the same time, vocational colleges are also the birthplace of training and exporting talents. In order to better cultivate the electric merchants who serve the society, the college must carry out reforms in talent training with enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation and work-study. By taking e-commerce major of Bozhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, the "two-way fullintervention" talent cultivating mode is explored through the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation which is suitable for professional development, so as to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of traditional e-commerce talents and propose an optimized improvement strategy, in hopes of developing ecommerce professionals who are suitable for the current business and service society.
