摘要:
对情迷、红国王、甜冠星等三种盆栽红掌在30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃等不同梯度的高温胁迫下,分析叶片伤害程度、相对含水量、相对电导率、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量等生理生化指标的变化情况。研究表明:抗热性强的品种叶片高温伤害程度较低,叶片相对含水量降幅较小,抗氧化物酶活性下降幅度小,叶片相对电导率变化较小,游离脯氨酸含量升幅较大。综合分析得出:情迷各项生理指标总体变化稳定,抗热性最好。由此推出三种盆栽红掌的抗热性排序为情迷>红国王>甜冠星。
Abstract:
The change of physiological and biochemical indexes of three types of potted Anthurium andraeanum(Sharade, Red King, Sweet Dream) under high temperature stress(30℃, 35℃, 40℃, 45℃) by analyzing the damage degree, the relative water content, the relative electric conductivity, the SOD activity, the POD activity, the CAT activity, the malondialdehyde content, and the free proline content. The results show that as far as Anthurium andraeanum with strong resistance to heat is concerned, the degree of high temperature is relatively low, the decreasing degree of water content is relatively low, the decreasing degree of the antioxidant activity is relatively low, the change of the relative electrical conductivity is relatively small, and the increasing degree of the free proline content is relatively high. The comprehensive analysis shows that Sharade is with the best strong resistance to heat, and the overall changes of physiological indexes are stable. The degree of heat resistance of the three types of potted Anthurium andraeanum from the highest to the lowest is Sharade, Red King, Sweet Dream.
